SPIRALG presented at the UCOOK INNOVATION Round table on Spirulina

Monique Ras was invited to the student UCO conference dedicated to Algae in Food and take part in the round tAble dedicated to Spirulina. SPIRALG project was presented to illustrate the first biorefinary demonstrator of Spirulina biomass in the EU, and how this concept is vital in terms of economic viability.
